A Festival of Folk Song

Saturday 18 July 2015 • 7.30 pm
St Paul’s Church, Hills Road, Cambridge

Join Cambridge Chorale on a summer’s evening for a vibrant programme of choral music inspired by folk songs from around the world.

Alongside Craig McLeish’s powerful The Negro Speaks of Rivers and Vaughan Williams’ beautiful setting of Five English Folk Songs, we’ll feature arrangements of songs from Africa, Asia, North and South America and Scandinavia.

At this concert we are supporting CBM, the overseas disability charity, with a £1 donation from each ticket sold and a retiring collection.
